Unfortunately, we are not able to feature individual cases or stories. I know many people are in desperate situations and their children are in danger, I wish we were able to feature every story that comes across our desk because they are all worthy of exposure.
Here is why we are unable to feature individual stories:
Unfortunately, we have learned some difficult lessons over the years. Before we feature a story, we have an ethical obligation to do a deep dive and investigate the case. We do not have the time or the resources to do that.
If you are dealing with a family court professional who is corrupt or one who is not acting in the best interest of children, we highly recommend joining the state chapters of a OMB to connect with others and collectively share stories. There is power in numbers and we must all come together. When one person files a judicial complaint or a complaint with a professional governing board, it rarely gets traction but when people come together and are able to show patterns of unscrupulous behavior, it is much more powerful. Together, we are stronger and together, we can make changes and demand accountability.
